Issaquah & Snoqualmie Real Estate Trends
While the median price for home in Issaquah and Snoqualmie have dropped substantially over the past year, we are now starting to see a very noticeable uptick in "Sales" activity.
While the median price for homes in Issaquah and Snoqualmie have dropped, we are also seeing a reduction in inventory which correlates with the uptick in sales activity. This is the first indicator of possible stabilization in the market.
Average Days on Market are relatively high when compared to just a few years ago, however we are beginning to see signs on the days on market moving downward. For all of 2009, The Cascade Team averaged only 82 Days on Market for single family resale homes.
