Requirements:

State of Washington Real Estate or Broker license
Understanding of the mortgage industry and the current local Real Estate Market
Excellent sales and consulting skills
Working knowledge of real estate contracts and forms
PC literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
