Happy Holidays
I just wanted to take a moment and say Happy Holidays to all of you! It’s been a wonderful year and I hope all of the friends, family, members and clients of The Cascade Team know that you are greatly appreciated!
The Cascade Team has opened two new offices in Wa and we have also opened our first California office in San Diego all in 2009. (We have five offices now!) In addition, we have approximately doubled our agent count, and more impressively we have grown our number of transactions by over 600%! That’s pretty amazing growth considering the economy of 2009. While the majority of Brokerages we closing offices and losing agents and certainly doing less business, The Cascade Team was fortunate enough to be a bright spot in the real estate industry!
We have a lot of great things planned for 2010. San Diego will be going full force, we will continue to hire and expand in WA. New and innovative features will be integrated into the website shortly after the 1st of the year. We will also launch the POWER Platform in mid-January which will help catapult the agents that participate into the upper echelons of all agents nationwide.
As for continued growth in 2010, we have our eyes on Portland, Los Angeles and San Francisco. (No resting around here any time soon!)
The Cascade Team also enjoyed an amazing responce to our Community Service events. We delivered nearly 30,000 crayones to Children's Hospital of Seattle, worked with Encompass NW, Eastside Baby Corner and were part of Snoqualmie Rail Road Days, The Festival at Mt Si, Green Halloween in Issaquah, 4th of July Snow-Cones, and Christmas Sleigh Rides in Issaquah and Snoqualmie.
It's a pleasure to work with such a wonderful Team of people, to have the great business partners we have, and to enjoy a great group of friends, clients and supporters. It’s an honor to know and work with each of you!
2010 is poised to be an amazing year and I’m looking forward to sharing in it with you all!
Cary
