Stephanie came to The Cascade Team with a 13-year background in corporate contract law and well-seasoned in the art of drafting and negotiating real estate agreements. Armed with a grounded knowledge of real estate, and business from having been a restaurant owner on the Kirkland waterfront, Stephanie brings a wealth of market knowledge, closely studying trends before they break. A longtime resident of Kirkland, Stephanie specializes in homes near to downtown Kirkland and the greater Eastside.
