Requirements:

Our goal is to set a higher standard of professionalism, integrity and industry expertise by creating a team of real estate professionals looking to dominate in their farm areas. New agents are welcome to interview and ask about our mentor program.

• State of Washington Real Estate or Broker license
• Understanding of the current local Real Estate Market
• Excellent sales and client consulting skills
• Working knowledge of real estate contracts and forms
• PC literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
