Off the back of the Presidents college day apartment being available for rent, the Website Urban Turf highlighted a recent sales listing from the Redfin Website that shows the White House is now on the market for a cool $10M. The best part is that is was listed as a “FSBO”!
The story has received a lot of media coverage resulting in Redfin releasing a statement explaining how the problem happened. It seems Redfin get data from Oodle who get it from Owners.com; that is finger pointing that would make a politician proud!
